Employee experience is defined as a sum total of all the experiences an employee has with their employer over the duration of their relationship from recruitment through exiting the organization. Katherine Brune, Future Workplace Fellow and Lead Faculty for Designing A Holistic Employee Experience online course will lead a panel of HR and Learning leaders in discussing how they are creating more compelling employee experiences, leveraging the physical, virtual, emotional, digital and cultural levers and seeing benefits to both the individual and the organization.
